hey hang in there, everybody feels like that sometimes what you need to remember is that there's always something you can do to be happy. maybe it's even something simple like taking a nap, or cooking a nice meal, but it's something. I suggest you get involved with some group activity like sports or school or church so you can feel less alone, and also do something fun every once in a while like watch a movie. i wish you luck. we've all been there.
