I always had oily skin and back and arm acne and very hairy arms?

but i am beginning to think that this may all be a sign of pcos....although i have regular periods and i ovulate( trust me i feel the pain and see the light bleeding) my acne just got a little out of control and i have now developed swollen bottom gums that won't go away. At first i thought i was pregnant because i was starting to gain tummy weight and my have gotten significantly heavy and areolas have darkened but my HPT came neg. Then i had a full 5 day period in feb, but then March came and i was 12 days late then me and my BF were having and it felt as if he was hitting my cervix and after being late 12 days I started to spot after we had and i continued to spot for 7 days with only 2 days of light bleeding so now i really know that i am not pregnant....but the thing that throws me off is now i am begininng to feel little flutters (not gas, i kow the difference) that has been happening for almost 3wks. And i usually feel my ovulation but now i dont is this pcos
