The UN, is there really anypoint 2 it? Is it real making a difference?

Not really!! They can't actually do anything, unless under attack etc. They are almost like community police officers, everyone used to think they could actually do something but now it has come about that they actually can't!! They are just there to make the governments look like they've got an army but really its just money pumped into nothing!! They don't stop any war. Like in the film Shooting Dogs, they couldn't actually stop the cide in Rwanda because the government hadn't officially called it that, although it was obvious it was and then they were pulled out of the situation!
