What does he mean when he says this?

Well after reading this, I would defiantly say you have a chance. As far as the hooking up part, he didn't say anything in the convo related to dating, , a relationship. So as far as you know right now, no he doesn't just wanna hook up. It sound to me like he obviously likes talking to you if he wanted to continue the convo after getting off the computer. I would definitely go for it girl!! He's the one that initiated the texting and even hanging out. If he didn't want anything to do with you, he wouldn't have. Just be careful because it sounds like he likes to drink, and when he said "we should chill sometime and do somethig FUN haha" I dont know, i could be wrong but maybe thats what he would wanna do while hanging out. but hey, thats up to you if you wanna drink with him or not. hope i was helpful, now im interested to see what happens, so let me know.
