Could someone explain to me hot to remove the body off the frame on a 69 (gm) gto?

I have the doghouse off (front end), rear quatrers are cut off for replacment, and motor, trans, and driveshaft are all out as well. I know the front 2 body mount bolts need to be taken out. Where are the rear two, and what else needs to come off as well? I'm going to hook some straps to the roof (criss cross to not bend it) and hook them to a chainfall and pull it up, roll the chasis out and set the body back down on metal saw horses because I have to do some frame work to it. Thanks!
