Did the rise of right wing propaganda help create the VTech macre?

What caused the vtech macre and others like that is our inability to deal with others that fall outside societal norms.Instead of making them feel welcome we ostricize or make them loners then wonder why they act out in such violent way's.It doesn't make what happened right but until we work a little harder to make these people welcome and find ways to treat them for their mental problems without making them feel bad about it this is only going to continue to happen.May god bless all the familys involved in this tragic occurance.
