Wedding name change?

I am getting married next weekend, and I am curious to how long the process will take for me to change my last name. I understand that I will have to go to the Social Security Administration, DHSMV, and notify other places.. but what is the doentation that I will need? I was thinking that I could go to all of these places the following monday after our wedding. However, upon doing some research, I have read that you need to have a certified copy of your marriage license that the courthouse mails to you, once you send in your signed license. If this is true, I am uming I will not be able to change my last name for maybe a few weeks? If anyone can please give me additional information concerning this, it would be appreciated. If it helps any, I am in Florida. I am curious because I would need to take that Monday off if I go, and I don't want to take a day off to be wasted if I am not going to be able to accomplish anything.
