Yes, I hate guys like that too. I mean, I wouldn't want him to sleep with me the first night, but I would enjoy at least holding hands or a kiss. All you can do is talk to him about it, or make the moves yourself. Touch him a bit, be very flirtatious. If he seems to not like it, or doesn't do it back, then maybe he isn't the one for you.
