Abdominal pain---should I be concerned?

For the past several days I have had very mild pain in the lower right side of my abdomen. Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is appendicitis. Most of the time I can't even feel the pain...it's just every once in a while I'll feel this tiny little twinge in my side. I don't have any of the other symptoms---no fever, my appetite is monstrous, no nausea or vomiting. So, should I be concerned? I'm away at college and it's almost 10:00 PM, so should I call my parents or wait until the morning? I'm only a couple of towns away, so they could pick me up and take me to a hospital if need be. Does this sound like appendicitis or not?
