Is the "Cook Yourself Thin Cookbook" for Cannibals?

I don't think it should be legal to sell cookbooks for cannibals. Isn't cannibalism illegal in the U.S.? What if the recipes are so good, with herbs providing savory flavors, that people start disappearing from our streets?
