How to talk to a girl who is fed up with you ?

basically i have liked this girl for like 9 months and i used to stare at her alot and she used to stare back as well, and i guess she gave me all the signals for me to go and approach her, but me being so stupid just didn't take them. i tried to get rid of these feelings by avoiding her and i think she realized i was avoiding her. But now i just cant get rid of these feelings, and i am thinking abt going to tak to her but the thing is she wont really even look at me and i just feel if i go talk to her she is gonna just ignore me.... so wat should i do ?
