Science is also a religion?

Science is not a religion. It does not have followers, it doesn't demand ones, it doesn't make silly promises (although some ambitious scientist may spill the beans in aspiration), it doesn't make silly threats, everyone may scrutinize it without death threats in fact criticism is welcome, it yields fruits of people's labour unlike religion of which all promises and threats are postponed until death so nobody can complain for not coming true.
