Not getting sore after workout?
ok here is my problem i am trying to get big so im doing lots of workouts but im not getting sore... my usual routine is 3 sets of 6 climing wieght starting with a standerd curl bar with 25ib plats on ea side then next set i add 10 to ea side then 5 on the next set. then i do a burnout with the standered bar and 15ib on ea side and i do a set of 10 then 9 then 8...... all the way down to 1 . and after i do a risistence work out for biceps with 3 sets of 5 witch is hard after the work out, and after all that the next day in NOT SORE!!!! i dont now if its my routine or its me....
