Miniature donkey?

My 2 year old miniature donkey is 4 pregnant and is it possible for a miniature donkey to have twins?? She is so big for only 4 months. And yes i am sure when she was bred as i put her in with the male.And is their any extras i should give her?? I give her 3 buckets of grain a day a bale of hay plus gr. And would i be able to tell at 4 months??PLEASE dont give me smart *** answers and dont tell me i should not of bred her.
