Laughing after , i can't control it?

I am a male and I seem to have this issue that after i have an after , my whole body becomes ticklish and i burst out laughing when my partner touches me. Is this normal? I can't help it either, i've tried holding back the laugh, but i can't. Is something wrong? This has never happened with anyone i've done this with before hand.
