I'm at what looks like a healthy body weight but I have a bit of fat. Help?
I'm about 6 foot tall and weigh about 137 lbs. However, a have a really low muscle m (my arms are pretty skinny) and my stomach is a bit flabby. I can grab about an inch of belly fat between my fingers and it stretches pretty far when i pull it. Also, my sides are squishy and not very tough. Finally, my upper thighs are very flappy. I am aware of what brought this on. With a very busy schedule lately, our family has been eating out a lot (several times a week, sometimes twice a day) and I haven't exercised very much the last couple months. It doesn't help much that I like candy bars and chocolate either. I am just looking for tips on flattening and toughing up my abs and thighs, as well as good food suggestions. (healthy but tasty) Our schedule is returning to normal but I have some ground to make up.
