Does the theory of MAD (Mutually ured Destruction) resulting in a stalemate mean anything to Pakistan ?

A sane Pakistani government would never launch against a nuclear armed country or their allies. They would be instantly annihilated if they did. They are just rattling their sabers trying to get a bit of their way. That's what countries do. India and Pakistan have never really seen eye to eye, but it seems unlikely either country would ever actually launch against the other.
