Can anyone help with advice on a sick goldfish?

The fish may be constipated. Do a good water change to freshen the tank, but also to dilute the salt already in the tank. I would then add epsom salt to the tank (1 Tbsp per 5 gallons of water). Epsom salt is made up of magnesium sulfate, which is a laxative to help with the constipation.
