Am I capable of getting into these Ivy League Colleges?

You took regular cles as a freshman. That's going to bring you down. The average in average cles doesn't matter. What matters is that you do well in HONORS/AP. Do really well on the SAT I's & II's and you may have a shot at ONE of those.
